Magna-Vise sets enable high-precision machining of non-magnetic materials—such as aluminum, brass, and plastics—on standard magnetic chucks by converting vertical pull into a lateral "pinching" force. This low-profile design eliminates bulky overhead clamps, providing maximum spindle clearance for unobstructed milling, grinding, and CNC operations. By integrating seamlessly with existing magnetic infrastructure, the MV series maintains "tenths" accuracy and reduces fixture costs, allowing for full-surface machining in a single setup.
