Applying the concept of negative pressure, Magna-Lock Vacuum Chucks hold non-porous materials, including ferrous, non-ferrous and non-metallic materials and workpieces with dependable vacuum holding power. Vacuum Chucks can hold workpieces of virtually any configuration, including sheets, plates, shapes and extrusions.
Magna-Lock Vacuum Chucks ensure accuracy because workpieces are registered directly on the face of the chuck, not suspended on O-rings or fixed seals. Their compact size, simple design and versatility improve production and increase output.
Vacuum Chucks are available in a wide variety of standard sizes to fit most existing machining and assembly equipment. If models in this catalog do not fit your requirements, contact a Magna-Lock sales engineer for assistance in developing the optimum workholding solution.
